Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ayanti, every saree is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the terms below.
1. Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must provide unboxing video proof showing the entire package opening process from the start (before the seal is broken) to clearly establish any product damage, defect, or discrepancy.
2. Mandatory Video Proof Requirement
To initiate a return or report a damaged or defective item, a clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded showing:

The unopened parcel from all sides (with the shipping label visible).

The entire opening process, including cutting or tampering of the seal.

The product being taken out, unfolded, and the defect or issue clearly visible.

The video must not be edited, paused, or altered in any way.
Note: Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return / Exchange Process
Please email care@ayanti.in within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Attached unboxing video proof (as per the above clause)
Our quality control team will review your request and video within 2–3 business days.
If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer upon verification.

Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or wrong item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the item is verified as defective or incorrect, you may choose between a replacement or full refund.

Returns due to minor color, texture, or weave variations will not be accepted, as handcrafted sarees naturally exhibit such differences.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, stitched, or altered products

Sale, discounted, or clearance items
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
